Jeffrey went above and beyond by also coordinating with strata, the builder and trades in getting repairs fixed after tenant vacation and before listing. Greatly appreciated as I was also dealing with a family loss at the time and was not being assisted by my then property manager.

Jane and Rick were both great on what was a somewhat longer and more difficult house sale than the usual. They helped with advice and contractor referrals to do cost-effective touch ups to the property and then were diligent with ongoing home opens and private viewings when the place took longer to sell than expected. 10/10 would use again.

Rick and his team sold our lovely apartment in central Fremantle. Rick has extensive real estate experience and set a realistic selling price based on the current market conditions. He communicated following home opens and advised that he would follow up leads on interested parties which he did.
Our sale wasn’t straight forward as one of us was overseas and this complicated documents being signed etc. we all persevered and the sale was concluded successfully.
