“I have used Joe to sell two houses for me now and have been very happy with the level of service he provides. He is very professional and trustworthy. Joe showed attention to detail in getting to know and marketing the property.”
Very Helpful and Knowledgeable
“As a first home-buyer, we were glad to have Joe’s knowledge, help and advice to guide us through the process of purchasing our home. Joe was very helpful with questions we had about the property, and provided follow up communication when relevant. He was clear and professional during negotiations, and helped guide us through the process when we were unsure. We’d be happy to work with Joe again, should the opportunity arise.”
“My wife and I were very happy with Joe for his professionalism, attention to detail and timely responses and updates on the status of the sale. We were also thrilled with the photo and video presentation of our home and the crew who took the footage, which I’m sure certainly attracted attention. When it came time to negotiate the offer, Joe was excellent at dealing with the buyer and working with us to get the best price possible. Thank you Joe and Realty One for making the sale of our home such a seamless process.”
Professional, Hard Working & Honest
“I can’t thank Joe and his team enough for the superior service they provided to my husband & I in what was our first sale of a property. Joe’s professionalism & honesty right from our initial conversation instilled a lot of confidence, which was demonstrated when he sold our property in 6 days. Joe then used his negotiating skills whilst dealing with a couple of property issues we had to overcome prior to settlement (issues that were not Joe’s fault) that resulted in a positive resolution for us. The communication throughout the entire process was 1st class and we always felt like Joe was in “our corner” right until the end. I highly recommend Joe and the Realty One team.”
“I would like to thank Joe Mucci for his involvement in the sale of my Azure apartment. The manner in which Joe approached the sale of my apartment was unsurpassed — I had complete confidence in him and his team’s capability and passion to reach my sought after result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe or any other member of his fantastic team at Realty One in the future. Thank you!”
“Joe has a practiced eye and brings vast market experience and professional service. When I bought this house 6 years ago, Joe was the agent for this property and it was very hard for me to negotiate the price with him. When we wanted to sell this house, Joe became our first choice and we were happy to make this decision. As we have moved to QLD, Joe helped us with house renovation and all the details without hassle. Great Job!”
Professional in a Difficult Sale
“It’s easy for an agent to be good when the market is buoyant and the sale is easy. The real measure of an agent is when things don’t go according to plan. Our sale wasn’t straightforward and there were quite a number of challenges that Joe had to contend with (a difficult neighbour trying to influence the sale, a changing market, and vendors that were out of the country). Joe was professional throughout, and handled each situation with aplomb, and most importantly, got the sale across the line. I also really liked the personal touch of working with an independent real estate agent. I would definitely recommend Joe Mucci and the team at Realty One to anyone who has property in their area.”
“Joe Mucci was always very professional throughout the entire process. His communication skills are great and he instantly makes people feel at ease. Joe is an excellent negotiator! We absolutely recommend him if you are planning to sell or buy a property. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.”
“Joe was fantastic from our initial meeting to successful sale conclusion. A consummate professional, he took care of all aspects related to the sale, was courteous and considerate to our tenant and communicated with us frequently. He really puts the personal touch into selling property which, when combined with great area knowledge and expertise, is a winning combination. Thank you Joe. We will definitely recommend you to others and will come back to you again ourselves.”
“We are extremely happy with the sales service provided by Joe Mucci. The way the home was presented online and on the street sign by utilising fantastic photographers and videographers, as well as the well written blurb on our property, far outweighed our expectations and that of any other comparable property in the market. Joe’s advice on the marketing and sales tactics were spot on and helped us achieve our desired sale price which was at the very top end for our area. We would absolutely recommend Joe and Realty One.”
